Thanks to it’s south-west exposure you can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day up to the last sunray.
The house lays on a quiet dead-end road, only a few minutes drive away from the yacht club and Cape Coral Beach.

Comfortable sofa in the livingroom with space for up to 6 persons.
3 bedrooms available: mastersuite with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom and an office corner. This bedroom has enough space for an additional crip, should your family be bigger than 6 persons. Ask us for an offer, we’re happy to help. Second bedroom with queensize bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds. Two of the 3 bedrooms offer SAT-TV.
For your daily entertainment, Villa The Palms offers a BOSE entertainment system, games, free WIFI and german books.
22” Hurricane Sundeck, 225PS available at the house. Thanks to a direct access without locks you’re within a few minutes on the river and off you go on a daytrip to explore Sanibel or Captiva Island or visit Fort Myers Beach by boat.

Wir sind sehr gut wieder in der Schweiz bzw. zu Hause angekommen und haben uns schnell wieder eingelebt. Leider. Florida war ein RIESENHIT, wir sind nicht so viel mit dem Flugzeug unterwegs…………eher in der Schweiz oder in den Ländern rund um die Schweiz herum……… Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Everglades, Tampa, Miami…………es hat uns super gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für den super Service. Den Code für’s Haus, alles war startbereit, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Die Villa ist schon sehr alt, das muss man sagen, aber der Pool, die Lage zum offenen Meer mit dem hauseigenen Boot etc. machen es aus. Wir konnten die fast 3 Wochen Ferien sehr geniessen.
Herzlichen Dank für die Abrechnung – Kaution – Nebenkosten sowie die unvergesslichen Ferien………….wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub in der Villa The Palms. Das Haus war toll und alles gut organisiert. Einzig das dazu gemietete Boot war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sitzkissen waren teils schon gerissen. Die Einweisung und Übergabe sowie die Abgabe des Bootes bei Scott haben allerdings super toll und reibungslos funktioniert.
